I brought vehicle in for a noise in the rear axle. I also noted a ratling noise in the upper compartment above the windshield. I also asked for price on tuneup and brakes to be checked. I live 90 miles away. The next day, tech called explaining findings/prices. He said balancing and aligning tires would stop the noise I was hearing. I disagreed and said I would drive back to B.R. that day and recreate the noise, which I did. I didnt even have to leave the parking lot for him to hear the noise and it took 5 minutes to show. I drive back to Natchez. The engine mount was replaced to fix the noise I was hearing. It was ready the next day. When I'm on the way home, I noticed the rattling noise in compartment above windshield was STILL rattling. Being so frustrated, I didnt bother taking it back. Very poor service, in my opinion, especially having to drive 90 miles the next day to duplicate an obvious noise that took 5 minutes to show the tech.

Had my oil changed on 5/13/2024z. That was done in a timely manner. But when I returned to my truck. There was oil on my door handle, steering wheel and on my leather seats. I had to go back inside to get that cleaned. Unexpected no excuse for this to place.

I wasn't too happy with the new guy in service. Because he never called to let me know. My call was already and I told him I had to have Rebecca. Certain time to go to work. I was late for work missing with him. Cause I called 3 times and I still never did talk to him and his name was Jake. I don't wanna deal with him anymore. If I don't have to, i'd rather deal with. Danny cuz he normally gets my stuff done whatever I need. I love you relying. I wouldn't take my car anyway else. But he needs to do a better job than he do. The last service person ideal with habitat.

I came for oil change. The service guy asked if I wanted tire rotation. He never said it cost. At first I said no. Then went back and said yes. Due to me only having one when I first got the car. Which I didn't have to pay. But at this time when everything was done; he then stated come on to the payment desk. That's when I found out I was paying for the tire rotation. That was the worst experience.
